If you face an 'Access denied.' error while attempting to log in, it could be due to various reasons. For security reasons, we are unable to give you specific details about the cause of the error. However, we have compiled a list of all potential reasons in this article to help you understand what might be happening.

Incorrect username
The username might not exist. Please check your username for typo's. Also, if you are a user with access to Location Manager (planning) and/or Campaign Manager, please make sure that you use your e-mail address as a username.

Incorrect password
The most common reason for the Access denied error is that you have provided an incorrect password. You can simply retry if you still know the password. If you forgot your password, please reset it. Guessing wrong too often might block your account.

Account blocked
If you have made 10 consecutive unsuccessful attempts to login to your account it will be deactivated. All login attempts will now result in an 'Access denied' error. To get into your account again you need to make sure it's reactivated. Here you can find how to reactivate your account.

Wrong URL
You might be in the wrong environment. Briggs+Walker is available in multiple countries which are separated due to regulatory requirements. Make sure you use the URL of your environment.
