When you have made 10 consecutive unsuccessful login attempts your account will be blocked as a security measure. In accordance with best practices you will not be notified of this via our interface.

If you think your account might be blocked it depends on your situation how to unblock the account.

If you are a crew member (agent / canvasser / fundraiser) who only uses our application for signups you need to reach out to your backoffice. They can reset your password via Campaign Manager (help). When they reset your password this way it will also unblock your account. Once they've reset your password you should be able to login again using the new password.

For all users that have access to Location Manager (planning) and Campaign Manager you can use the 'Forgot your Password?' functionality. You will receive an email to setup your credentials again. Once completed your account will be unblocked.
