This article is for people who use Campaign Manager, Location Manager, Agency Suite and/or Crew App. If you only use Field app, you don't need to worry about two-factor authentication.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an extra security step for your account. We use an authenticator app to do this. The app gives you a One-Time Password (OTP) to enter and access the app.

Step 1. Click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen

Even if you still know your password, use the "Forgot your password?" link. This is the only way to trigger a new authenticator setup from the login screen. There is no separate button for this.

Enter the email address linked to your account and click Submit. If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder.

Step 2. Open the email & Remove old authenticator entries

You will receive an email from [email protected] containing a link. Open it and follow the steps.

First, set up your authenticator app again. It's important: Remove any old authenticator entries from the list before continuing.

To remove the old authenticator app, go to the account portal. You can find it through these links or in Campaign Manager and Location Manager:

Europe
Australia
New Zealand

In the account portal, click 'Authenticator' on the left. You'll see a list of your authenticator apps. To remove one, click on the bin icon next to it.

After scan the QR code or enter the key manually. Give your device a clear name so you can recognise it later, for example "iPhone work" or "Samsung tablet".

Then, set a new password. Follow the same requirements as when you first created your account.

Once you're done, you can log in with your new information.
