Using the Account Portal in Briggs + Walker Identity Access Manager

Log in with you credentials in our Campaign Manager or Location Manager.

  • Click on the plus icon in the top lefthand corner of the page.

  • A menu tab will open.

  • Click on 'Account Settings' on the bottom left corner of the page.

  • On the left there are the menu items to navigate within the account portal.

  • In the top right hand corner you can adjust the language between English and Dutch, and sign out.

  • In 'Account' you will see and be able to alter your Username, email address, first and last name.

  • In 'Password' you can change your password, please keep our requirements in mind.

  • In 'Authenticator' you can view your current authentication method

  • Select the trash icon if you want to register a new authentication method

  • Simply scan the QR code, enter the One-time code and provide a device name

  • Press 'Save'

  • In 'Federated Identity' you have the choice to connect your Google or Microsoft accounts.

  • Select 'Add' to be redirected to the corresponding platform.

  • Once connected you may use that platforms log in and authentication methods to gain access to Briggs + Walker in the future.

  • In 'Sessions' you can see all active sessions where you are currently logged in.

  • If there is suspicious activity you can select 'Log out all sessions'.

  • In 'Log' you can see all recent activity in your account
