If you cannot see the necessary menu items or don't have access to the Campaign Manager your account might be lacking the correct authorisations. Contact your system administrator.
Login on the Campaign Manager
Go to campaigns -> Projects
Modify your filters and press 'Search projects'
Select your project in the left menu
Go to the 'Verification methods' tab
Now you can activate and deactivate the verification methods. You can select one as the default option.
Click on the toggle if you want to change a setting
Now the setting has changed. However our Field App works offline to minimise data traffic. To make sure changes are effectuated immediately instruct your field crew to press the home button twice. This will trigger a reload.
