To be able to manage crew member contracts you need to have an account with the Agency Suite and sufficient permissions. If you do not see all menu items being referred to in this article please check in with your system administrator to check your authorisations.
You can only see crew members that are assigned to your office.
Login at agencysuite.briggsandwalker.com
Under 'To do' go to 'Contract (Pending)'
In the menu on the left you can now see all contracts that have been initiated, but haven't been finished yet. If you want to lookup the contact details of the crewmember so you can follow up you can:
Select the contract you want to follow up on in the left menu
Click on 'Parent' next to the crew code
You are now on the page of the crew member.
Now click on 'Personal details' and scroll down for the communications
