To be able to review documents you need to have an account with the Agency Suite and sufficient permissions. If you do not see all menu items being referred to in this article please check in with your system administrator to check your authorisations.
Login at agencysuite.briggsandwalker.com
Under 'To do' go to 'Document (Check)
Select the document you want to review in the left menu
We suggest to perform the following checks:
Check if the correct document is scanned
Check if the image is clearly visible
Check if all information is filled out and matches the information in the image
In case of small mistakes or missing information, you can change or fill out the information. If any of these checks fail (after possible changes) you should reject the document.
Select your decision on the bottom of the form (accept or reject) and press save
You have now reviewed the documents.
Any rejected documents will show up in the Crew Portal of the crewmember to make sure they can provide them again.
If a contract is pending documents the contract will be definitively signed once all documents have been approved.
