To be able to follow up candidates you need to have an account with the Agency Suite and sufficient permissions. If you do not see all menu items being referred to in this article please check in with your system administrator to check your authorisations.
You can only see candidates that are assigned to your office.
Pulling up the candidates' record
Login at agencysuite.briggsandwalker.com
Go to the job interviews scheduled for your office today. You can find this under 'To do' -> 'Candidates (Job interview)
Select the right candidate from the left menu
The next steps depend on the outcome of the interview.
There are three options
The candidate didn't show up
If the candidate didn't show up during the interview it's expected that you try to contact the candidate.
Go to the 'Update application' tab and look up the telephone number of the candidate.
Fill out the 'no show reason' based on the outcome of the telephone call and press save.
Please note: Depending on your agency's settings the selected no show reason will determine how this candidate will be handled.
You have now handled the job interview.
The candidate is not converted into a crewmember
If the candidate is rejected, or decides based on the conversation they don't want to continue a 'reason rejected' should be provided.
Go to the 'Update application' tab
Select the reason for rejection and press save
You have now handled the job interview.
The candidate is hired
If you want to hire the candidate you can proceed to creating a crewmember for the candidate. This will result in the crewmember being able to sign the contract.
Go to the 'Create crew' tab
Fill out all necessary details and press save
Press 'create crew' button
The crew member has now been created.
The candidate must now proceed with the onboarding flow.
