To be able to follow up candidates you need to have an account with the Agency Suite and sufficient permissions. If you do not see all menu items being referred to in this article please check in with your system administrator to check your authorisations.
You can only see candidates that are assigned to your office.
Login at agencysuite.briggsandwalker.com
Under Recruitment go to candidates
(Optional)Enter your search terms
Press the 'Search candidate' button
Select the candidate and go to the 'Update Application' tab
Check the 'Follow up by office' box. This will make sure that a call center will no longer attempt to call this candidate so you can handle the candidate directly from the office.
Schedule a job interview with the candidate. Fill out the job interview date and time and press save.
The candidate has now been scheduled for a job interview.
Now you can continue with the rest of the onboarding flow.
