Before we begin

We always encourage our clients to use the Agency Suite combined with our Steam calling software, however this is not mandatory.

As we don't want to force anyone, do keep in mind that if you won't use the Steam calling software, you won't have the possibility to push the recruitment lead towards your Callcenter department within your organization.

This article is written from a perspective of a end-user, which allows everyone to follow this article step-by-step, in order to succeed in their daily activities.

Introductions

As we created a new recruitment lead in the Agency Suite, it's time to invite them for a job interview. We have a section within the Agency Suite in where we can monitor, log and send invites to the recruitment leads.

Just like the previous chapter of this recruitment flow, there will be two variants to this, one short summarized version for the experienced ones, and a longer detailed version for those who aren't familiar with the Agency Suite just yet.

The short summarized version - How to follow-up a recruitment lead?

  • Log into the Agency Suite (https://agencysuite.briggsandwalker.com/)

  • Navigate on the top to [Recruitment] → [Candidate]

  • Press on [Search Candidate] button to generate your recruitment leads

  • Find the recruitment lead using the filters or scroll through the list on the left

  • Once selected, navigate to [Update Application]

  • At the top, check the box [Follow up by Office] to assign it to your office

  • In the Job interview details, fill in a date and time to send an E-mail

The longer detailed version - How to follow-up a recruitment lead?

To go to this section as mentioned in the introduction of this article, we have to go back to the Candidate window like in the previous chapter. However, if you haven't read that, we do recommend to read that article first, since we are building a journey from start to finish of the recruitment flow. It will be easier to follow for you.

Log into the Agency Suite by going to: (https://agencysuite.briggsandwalker.com/)

Once that we're logged into the Agency Suite, we have to navigate to the Recruitment module before we can continue to create a recruitment lead into the flow. To do this, we have to go in the top-menu to Recruitment --> Candidate. (View image below).

Either look for the recruitment lead through our search filters at the top or if you are a creature of habit, you can press [Search Candidate] immediately and look for the recruitment lead on the left-side of the window.

Instead of going to [Personal details] once you selected the recruitment lead, we are now going to the [Update Application] section, in where we mentioned that we can monitor, log and send invites to your recruitment leads.

In the [Update Application] window, we can prevent that the recruitment lead will be forwarded towards the Callcenter by looking at the top and mark the checkbox 'Follow up by office'.

To send a job interview invite to the recruitment lead, look at the job interview details and fill in a date and time. Once you done that, you can press on [Save] and the recruitment lead will receive an E-mail about the job interview.

To summarize what else is possible in the [Update Application] section:

  • You can decide to follow-up the recruitment lead yourself (section marked as 1)

  • You can send a job interview by selecting a date and time (section marked as 2)

  • You can reject the recruitment lead after a job interview (section marked as 2)

  • You can register your 'call attempt' in the call details (section marked as 3)

Now that the recruitment lead has been invited for a job interview, the only thing to do now is to have the job interview and see whether you're going to hire them or not.

How to hire someone and to start their onboarding, we will be continuing this in the next and last chapter of the Recruitment module - How to hire or reject a recruitment lead?
