Before we begin
The Agency Suite has the option to create recruitment leads automatically through an API to link it with other sources like your website for example.
This article is written from a perspective of a end-user, which allows everyone to follow this article step-by-step, in order to succeed in their daily activities.
Introductions
As most recruitment leads will automatically be injected into the Agency Suite either through an API or through the Crew App. There will be situations in most Field Marketing companies in where we want to allow our end-users the freedom to manually create a recruitment lead in the Agency Suite should that be necessary.
Therefore, we have written this part in where we will be explaining on how you can manually create a recruitment lead and inject it into the recruitment flow. There will be two variants to this, one short summarized version for the experienced ones, and a longer detailed version for those who aren't familiar with the Agency Suite just yet.
The short summarized version - How to create a recruitment lead?
Log into the Agency Suite (https://agencysuite.briggsandwalker.com/)
Navigate on the top to [Recruitment] → [Candidate]
Press on [Search Candidate] button to generate your recruitment leads
Press on [+] button to generate an empty recruitment form
Fill in the data of the recruitment lead a define the office and channels
Press on [Save] to successfully submit the recruitment lead into the flow
The longer detailed version - How to create a recruitment lead?
First we have to log into the Agency Suite. However, if you don't seem to have access, it is always advised to contact your 'manager' first, before contacting Briggs+Walker. It's always recommended to share what kind of error message appears during your login attempt, the more information, the better we can help.
Log into the Agency Suite by going to: (https://agencysuite.briggsandwalker.com/)
Once that we're logged into the Agency Suite, we have to navigate to the Recruitment module before we can continue to create a recruitment lead into the flow. To do this, we have to go in the top-menu to Recruitment --> Candidate. (View image below).
(Screenshot: Navigating to the Recruitment Module)
You will now be met with a window in where all the recruitment leads are appearing and/or stored. In your case, it will be empty since we need to generate the list first.
To generate this, press on [Search Candidate] and wait a moment until the list appears on the left-side of your screen. As you may have noticed already, you also have the option to search more specific by using the filters being displayed as well.

Now that you see the list with all the recruitment leads which are belonging to your office, we can finally start creating a new recruitment lead into the Agency Suite.
By pressing on the green [+] button in the top-left corner, we will be creating an empty form on the right-side in which we can fill in the necessary information.
Most fields won't need an explanation, but we still want to address to you that it's important to pay attention to 'Office', 'Recruitment Channel' and 'Recruitment Source'. The required fields will be marked with an [*] behind the title of the field.
When you're done filling in the necessary fields, it's then time to confirm it by pressing on [Save] to inject the new recruitment lead into the recruitment flow.

Now we can finally say that the newly created recruitment lead has been added into the recruitment flow of the Agency Suite. The next question will now be, how are we able to invite them for a job interview? How we can follow-up on a recruitment lead will be further explained on this page, which is the next step of our recruitment flow.
