How to view and change your organisation's Domain Password

Only the application administrator within your organisation can view or change the domain password for all users. if you do not see the 'Domain' option in the 'Settings' menu your user does not have the correct authorisations.

When a crew member's password is reset they will be temporarily assigned the domain password which they will need to use in order to be able set their own password.

To view or change the domain password for your organisation follow these instructions

Go to the Campaign Manager and log in with your credentials.

  • Select 'Settings'.

  • Clcik on 'Domain'.

  • In the sub menu the 'Domain details' tab will automatically be selected.

  • In the 'Password [default crew members]' field you can view your organisation's current domain password.

  • To change the password enter a different password in this field.
    (note: you must use a strong password).

  • Press 'Save'.
