How to reset a crew members password

The application administrator within your organisation can reset passwords for crewmembers, if you do not see the 'Crew' in 'Planning' your user does not have the correct authorisations.

Go to the Campaign Manager and log in with your credentials.

  • Select Planning

  • Click on Crew

  • You enter crew information such as to refine your results.

  • Click on the 'Search Crew' button

  • Select the crew who's password you wish to reset.

  • Check the option 'Reset password', you may need to scroll down.

  • Click 'Save'.

  • The crew's password will now be temporarily reset to your Domain's default password. Your system administrator can view and change the domain password.

  • in Field App the crew needs to simply sign in with their crewcode and the domain password

  • They will then be prompted to enter a new password (note: crew must use a strong password).

  • Once the crew have click save this will be their new password
