This guide helps you set up two-step login for the first time. After completing these steps, you sign in with your email address, password and a 6-digit code from an app on your phone.
Step 1. Activate your account
Once your account is created, you will receive an email from [email protected] with a link to set your password and configure your authenticator app. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within 15 minutes.
Open the email and click "Click here to update your account".
A webpage will open, then click "Click here to proceed" on the page that opens:
Step 2. Set up your authenticator app
You will be asked to activate an authenticator app. We officially support Google Authenticator and FreeOTP. Download one of these before continuing.
Important: Microsoft Authenticator is not supported and causes known issues with time synchronisation that result in invalid codes. If you are currently using Microsoft Authenticator, switch to Google Authenticator. Download it from the Google Play Store for Android or the Apple App Store for iOS.
Scan the QR code shown on screen. Then enter the 6-digit code the app generates and give your device a name example: 'My iPhone'. Click Submit.
If you cannot scan the QR code, click "Unable to scan" below the QR code.
A text key will appear on screen. Open Google Authenticator, tap the "+" icon and choose "Enter a setup key". Fill in the following:
Account name: anything recognisable, for example your name or "Briggs+Walker"
Key: the key shown on screen in your browser.
Tap "Add". The app will now show a 6-digit code. Enter that code in the "One-time code" field in your browser, give your device a name, and click Submit.
Step 3. Create your password
You will be asked to create a password (please keep our password requirements in mind). Enter a password, confirm it and click Submit.
You will see a confirmation message when this is done.
Step 4. Sign in
From now on you will always log in with your email address and changed password. Go to Campaign Manager, Location Manager, Agency Suite or the Crew Portal. Enter your email address and password and click Sign In.
You will then be asked for your one-time code. Open your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code shown.
My code isn't working
Check the following before contacting support:
Make sure your phone's time is set to automatic. Go to your phone settings and enable "Set time automatically". Authenticator apps rely on your device clock — if it's off by even a minute, codes will fail.
Switch to Google Authenticator if you are using Microsoft Authenticator. Microsoft Authenticator causes known time synchronisation issues that result in invalid codes.
Set up your authenticator app again if you have a new phone or reinstalled the app. Your previous setup no longer works. See: How to reset your authenticator app.
Your account may be blocked if you have had too many failed attempts. See: How can I unblock my account?
