This guide is intended for the first login of existing and new users. After these steps have been followed use your email address and OTP to login.
Once your account has been created, you will receive and email to set your password and configure your OTP. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received an email within 15 minutes you can contact support via chat.
Open the email and click 'Link to account update'.
A webpage will open with a list of required actions.
Click 'Click here to proceed'.
You will be required to activate your Authentication app

FreeOTP
Note: Other authentication apps (like Microsoft Authenticator) do work as well, but we do not officially support them. This means that we do not guarantee that future versions of our software and/or future versions of those apps will function correctly.
Scan the barcode, enter the code and device name and click 'Submit'.
You will be required to create a password for your account, please keep our password requirements in mind.
Enter a password and confirm it.
Click 'Submit'.
You will be prompted with a confirmation message.
From now on you will always log in with your email address and changed password.
Navigate to Campaign Manager or Location Manager
Enter you Email and Password.
Click' Sign In'.
Open your Authentication app and enter your one-time code.
