Configure you OTP login

This guide is intended for the first login of existing and new users. After these steps have been followed use your email address and OTP to login.

Once your account has been created, you will receive and email ([email protected]) to set your password and configure your OTP. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received an email within 15 minutes you can contact support via chat.

  • Open the email and click 'Click here to update your account'.

  • A webpage will open.

  • Click 'Click here to proceed'.

  • You will be required to activate your Authentication app

    • Google Authenticator

    • FreeOTP

Note: Other authentication apps (like Microsoft Authenticator) do work as well, but we do not officially support them, so no future guaranties.

  • Scan the barcode

  • Enter the code and device name

  • Click 'Submit'.

  • If you are unable to scan the QR code or experience any problems you can press 'Unable to scan'.

  • Open the OTP app and press the add icon and select manual (other). Enter the displayed key in the app.

  • Now you can enter the OTP the app provide in the one-time code field and enter a device name.

  • Press submit

  • You will be required to create a password, please keep our password requirements in mind.

  • Enter a password and confirm it.

  • Click 'Submit'.

  • You will be prompted with a confirmation message.

  • From now on you will always log in with your email address and changed password.

  • Navigate to Campaign Manager Location Manager, Agency Suite or Crew Portal

  • Enter you Email and Password.

  • Click' Sign In'.

  • Open your Authentication app and enter your one-time code.
