It is possible for an agency domain and a global domain to use different contract statuses, this allows both entities to retain their own naming conventions and the use of extra phases or statuses that are unique to that domain.

The global domain retains hierarchy in this situation, it is thus up to the agency to map their own contract statuses to the corresponding contract statuses of the global domain.

This is configured via the agency domain, assuming that both domains have already configured their contract statuses.

Go to Campaign Manager and log in with your credentials.

  • Go to 'Settings'.

  • Select 'Domain'.

  • Select the 'Global domain' tab in the Domain menu.

  • Select the global domain who's contract statuses you which to map to that of your agency's domain.

  • Select 'Contract status mapping'

  • You will see a list of the contract statuses that global domain has created.

  • Select the contract status you wish to map from this list.

  • With the contract status selected use the drop down selection menu to map the global's contract status to that of your agency's.

  • Click 'Save'.

  • From that moment in time if a global changes a contract status between two mapped contract status this will be reflected in the agency's contract's status.
