How to change your own email address

Changing the email address of your own account

If there is no phone number registered to your account you cannot change your account information. Please contact your system administrator to add an email address for you.

  • Log into Campaign Manager with your credentials.

  • Navigate to 'Settings'.

  • Select 'User profile'.

  • A pop-up is shown for SMS authentication.

  • In the 'Profile' tab you will see your user's information and authorizations.

  • Enter an email address into the 'Email' field.

  • Press 'Save'.
