On the login page of Campaign Manager or Location Manager select 'Forgot password'.

Note: If there is no email address associated with your account please contact your organisation administrator, they can use this guide to reset your password.
The email address associated with your account will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you do not receive the email it might be in your spam box
Open the email and click 'this link'.
A webpage will open prompting you to enter a new password.
Fill in a new password (note: you must use a strong password).
Repeat the same password again.
Click 'Change Password'.
You can now login in Campaign Manager or Location Manager with your new password!
If you did not receive a password reset email or are still unable to login after reseting your password please contact your organisation's user administrator, they are able to further assist you and use this guide to reset another your password.
