How to search for the status of contracts in Campaign Manager?

The current status of contracts, as well as all their previous contract statuses can be viewed in Campaign Manager.

Go to the Campaign Manager and log in with your credentials.

  • Go to 'Contractstatus'.

  • Select 'Contract statuses'.

  • Fill in any of the fields to refine and specify your search.

  • Press the green search button.

  • On the left tab a list will be displayed with all contracts that match you search specifications.

  • Select one of records from this list to view more details.

  • Once contract statuses have been mapped you will be able to view the corresponding status of contracts, if there is no corresponding status the fields will be empty.

  • the different statuses between domains and whether they reflect a definitive or churn status for that domain is displayed in the checkboxes.

  • For more information on contract statuses mapping between domains use this guide.

  • Select 'History' to view all previous contact statuses this contract has been assigned.

  • You can view each step in the contract status journey listed per contract individually by selecting them in this list.

  • When you have made a selection you are able to view all information pertaining to that step.

  • Contract status history sequence number:

    • a unique numerical ID for that step in the contract status journey.

  • Date & time:

    • reffers to the moment in time when that contract status change took place.

  • Contact status [agency]:

    • name of the contract status within your agency.

  • Contract status source:

    • displays how the contract status change has taken place.

  • Batch number:

    • If the contract status change was caused by an import, the batch number of that import will be displayed in this field.

  • Definitive status [agency]:

    • displays whether this status is definitive status within your agency.

  • Churn status [agency]:

    • displays whether this status is churn status
