Contract Statuses can be imported after all the steps in Contract Status Management have been completed.
There are two ways to import contract statuses into the system.
To automate the process an API is available. Please check our API documentation for details.
To manually import contract statuses a CSV file-import is available. Go to the Campaign Manager and log in with your credentials.
Go to 'Contractstatus'.
Select 'Contract Status Import'.
Press the green 'Search blah blah blah'.
Press the Plus icon to create a new import.
Import batch seqno (Import ID) will display an ID code generated by the system once the import has been initialised.
Select a 'Domain' to which you want upload the contract status record.
Press the green upload button select the file you want to upload.
Select an 'import template'
Press the 'save' button.
The system will now begin importing the file and the status of the import will change from waiting to in progress and finally to executed.
When the status of the import is executed a number of fields will be populated with information.
The two checkboxes will display if the import has been successful; 'Import completed' and 'Processed'.
Both these checkboxes must be checked, if this is not the case there will be an error message displayed in the designated field.
'Date uploaded' will display the date the file was first uploaded.
'Processing date & time' will display the date and time that file has been imported and processed.
If you receive an error please check that the file that has been uploaded conforms to the format of the selected import template.
If the error persists please contact support via chat or email.
In the tab 'Import records' you can view each contract status that has been altered by the selected contract status import.
