A user needs specific authorization to be able to make and adjust teams via Location Manager.
Go to Location Manager and log in with your credentials.
In the 'Planning' tab select the team containing the shift that needs to be reopened. A selected team will be highlighted in green when selected (see below).
The icon of each crew member defines the shift status; a cross signifies the crew member has not logged in yet, they have no activity and can proceed to login.
A closed shift has a check icon.
To reactivate the closed shift toggle the composition slider back and forth. This will reset the team and reopen closed shifts.
