Reactivate a closed shift in Location Manager

A user needs specific authorization to be able to make and adjust teams via Location Manager.

  • Go to Location Manager and log in with your credentials.

  • In the 'Planning' tab select the team containing the shift that needs to be reopened. A selected team will be highlighted in green when selected (see below).

  • The icon of each crew member defines the shift status; a cross signifies the crew member has not logged in yet, they have no activity and can proceed to login.

  • A closed shift has a check icon.

  • To reactivate the closed shift toggle the composition slider back and forth. This will reset the team and reopen closed shifts.
