Adding locations to an existing D2D team via Location Manager

A user needs specific authorization to be able to make and adjust teams and their planning in the Location Manager.

  • Go to the Location Manager and log in with your credentials.

  • Navigate to the 'Planning' tab and select the appropriate combination of Week, Day, Brand, Channel, Office and Project.

  • Select the team (a selected team will be highlighted in green; see below). Be aware you can only make changes to a team that is uncomposed.

  • With the team selected, navigate to the location on the map in the Location Manager and right click the desired location, then click on 'Add location to team'.

  • The amount of addresses contained within locations is displayed in the 'Team location' list, the maximum number of addresses allowed in one team is 1800, it is not possible to add a location to a team that exceeds this amount, this will trigger an error message.

  • Once you are happy with your selection toggle the slider to the composed state like you would a normal team.

  • Making changes to a team that is already active? Be aware that crew members will be logged out when the team is uncomposed. They can sign in again and continue once the team is composed after the locations have been added.

  • Crew members need to update their address list via a refresh, they do this by opening their address list and selecting the refresh button;
