How to create an Account User

Creating a new Account User in the Campaign Manager

Go to Campaign Manager and log in with your credentials.

  • Select 'Settings'

If Settings is not shown in the top menu, you do not have the authorization rights to create new users. Contact your system administrator.

  • Click on "Account users"

  • Sms verification is needed to access 'Users'

  • Click the green search button and underneath the search fields on the left side a list of existing users will be displayed. Then click the green and blue plus button to create a new user.

  • Fill in the personal information and select the appropriate 'Account'.

  • A mobile phone number is required to use the SMS verification
    (note: do not forget the international country code at the start e.g. +31... ).

  • An e-mail address is required for the "forgot password" functionality.

  • Select the authorization checkboxes to define the authorization
    (note: hover over the checkboxes for additional information).

  • Click Save.

  • The created user will receive an automatic e-mail to set-up their account.
