A user needs specific authorization to access the export module. Since exports contain personal information, access is granted via SMS verification code.

  • Log in on the Campaign Manager with your credentials.

  • In the top menu bar go to 'Exports' and select 'Field App Logging'.

  • A pop-up is shown for SMS authentication, click Ok and an SMS with a unique code will be sent to the number that has been associated with your user.

  • Enter the code and click Ok.

  • Click on 'Search Field App Loggings' and then click on the + icon button to configure a new export.

  • Fill in the required export information; select the 'Pttn Domain', 'Office' and/or 'crew member' of which you would like to export. (Be aware that Domain and Office will determine which crew members can be selected.)

  • Define a date range (from and until) and click save.

  • There are two check boxes which you can expand the export

  • Click on the search icon to refresh the export page. The status of the requested export will change from 'Waiting' to 'In progress' to 'executed'.

  • When the export has the status 'executed', it's ready for download.

  • Select the export and click on the download button in the 'File name' field to download the .CSV file from the Field App Logging export. (You may need to scroll down the page to see this field depending on your screen size).

Things to be aware of:

  • Exports can take some time especially in peak periods (8:00am till 10:30am and 4:00 pm till 6:30 pm) or if there are a lot of records to process. It is advisable when possible to plan and export in advance before it is needed to avoid delays in your workflow.

  • To avoid waiting refine the provided fields of the exports as much as possible.

  • It is advisable to make multiple smaller exports rather than one big one, this is optional.
