How to create a crew member

Creating a crew member via the Backoffice

Go to the backoffice and log in with your credentials. 

  • Select 'Planning'

If Settings is not shown in the top menu, you do not have the authorization rights to create new users. Contact your system administrator.

  • Click on 'Crew'

  • Click on Search crew

  • Select the plus ( + ) icon to add a new crew member.

  • Fill in the personal information (note: do not forget to select the correct office. Not all the fields are mandatory).

  • Fill in a crew code. We advise to use a fixed format for the crew codes. E.g. numbers or the first two letters of the first and surname. 

Examples:
Crewcode: 12345
Crewcode: ALSC

  • Click save

  • The login name will appear automatically. This is a combination of the agency code and crew code.

  • The crew member can now be added to a team for the specified office. 

  • Crew members are automatically set up with the standard agency password.

  • After loggin in a first time the crew member can enter a personal password.
