It is important to close your shift on Field App after a work day.
Please note: A stable internet connection is needed to close a shift.
Closing a shift ensures that offline subscriptions are completed (subscriptions made when there was no connection with the internet via WiFi or mobile internet).
To close a shift:
Select the top-left menu item.
Select 'Sign out'.
A pop-up will appear in the center of the screen.
Click on 'Close shift' to close the shift.
A screen will appear with an overview of the scores.
The recruiter is asked to agree to the results and leave a signature.
Select 'Close shift' to close the shift.
A pop-up will appear asking if you're sure you want to close the shift.
Select 'Yes'.
The shift is now closed!
