Starting the onboarding
After setting up a Crew app account for the first time, they will immediately start their registration process for your company, in here they will need to provide the following:
Their 'personal' information
Their 'contact' information
Their 'Emergency contact' information
Their 'ID documents'
Their 'Drivers license'
Their 'Bank account' details
Their 'Tax' details

The provided information by personnel will have to be validated by your HR department before they can start working for the company.
During this validation of the information provided, the assigned person will have to check and guarantee the following before approving it:
The provided information matches the information with the uploaded documents
The quality of uploaded documents are good, and readable for legal purposes

Re-upload your documents
In any case that the HR department has to decline the provided information for personnel, they will receive a e-mail notification about this decline and will be asked if they can provide the specific documents again through the Crew app.
