Once hired, new personnel will receive an e-mail provided with instructions on how to set up their Crew App account, then they can start their registration and start providing the required information to enroll them into your company.

Setting up your Crew app account

The Crew App is a self-serving application for personnel in where they are able to arrange a couple of things on their own, which will save you a lot of time and effort.

  1. They can access their own information in this app

  2. They can submit changes in their provided data

  3. They can schedule themselves in to work for you

  4. They can check their signed contract

  5. They can declare their expenses

  6. They can refer a friend

Starting the onboarding

After setting up a Crew app account for the first time, they will immediately start their registration process for your company, in here they will need to provide the following:

  1. Their 'personal' information

  2. Their 'contact' information

  3. Their 'Emergency contact' information

  4. Their 'ID documents'

  5. Their 'Drivers license'

  6. Their 'Bank account' details

  7. Their 'Tax' details

Reviewing the onboarding

The provided information by personnel will have to be validated by your HR department before they can start working for the company.

During this validation of the information provided, the assigned person will have to check and guarantee the following before approving it:

  1. The provided information matches the information with the uploaded documents

  2. The quality of uploaded documents are good, and readable for legal purposes

Re-upload your documents

In any case that the HR department has to decline the provided information for personnel, they will receive a e-mail notification about this decline and will be asked if they can provide the specific documents again through the Crew app.


Tracking or monitoring the onboarding

To make sure that new personnel experience a smooth onboarding at your company, we can track or monitor the onboarding journeys of them, meaning that managers can step in to assist them if necessary.
