A clear overview of all steps during the recruitment module from creating a recruitment lead, following them up and hiring them for your company.

To hire new personnel, follow the recruitment flow outlined below. Some steps can be skipped based on each specific situation. Every chapter of this recruitment module has their own article linked to it if you need more information.

Creating a recruitment lead

The recruitment-flow begins with creating a recruitment lead, there are two ways that a recruitment lead can be created in the Agency Suite:

  1. The recruitment lead can be arriving through an API, like a website

  2. The recruitment lead can be manually created in the Agency Suite

In most cases we recommend using the API method as much as possible, but we do allow our end-users the freedom to create them manually if necessary.


Following up a recruitment lead

Now that the recruitment lead has been created, the next step is having a introductory call with them to get a first impression of them.

This call can be either made by your call center or by yourself depending on your own preferences. The main goal of this section is to schedule a job interview.

Recruitment leads will automatically receive an e-mail about the job interview, and on the day itself also a reminder 6 hours before the actual job interview.


Hiring a recruitment lead

Depending on the outcome of the job interview, we have 3 possibles in how we can update the recruitment lead inside the Agency Suite, you will be able to:

  1. 'Reschedule' recruitment leads in case they didn't show up

  2. 'Reject' recruitment leads if they aren't suitable for the job

  3. 'Hire' recruitment leads if they are perfect for the job

When the recruitment lead will be hired, they will start their onboarding to become a crew member and again access to our Crew App.
