Monitoring the onboarding as a manager

Introductions

As personnel are starting their onboarding, it will be interesting for managers to know how far they are in their onboarding journey. That's why we created a feature in the Agency Suite in where you can track it. This is convenient for managers to check in with them and see if they can help them out in anyway.


Monitoring the onboarding as a manager

Managers can monitor the progression of their personnel's onboarding inside the Agency Suite. Once logged in, they can do this by going to the right-top corner 'To-do' and then select 'Contract Pending' in the list.

Look for the personnel on the left-side and press on one of them, a new section with more information about that person appears, showing their 'Crew code', 'Phone', 'Contract type', 'Start date', 'Office' and their 'Contract status'.

For managers, to monitor the progression of their personnel, they will be most interested in the 'contract status' field that's marked in a red box. This field will show them precisely where their personnel are in the registration/onboarding procedure.

Short explanation of 'Contract status' field

  • Not logged in; personnel never logged into the Crew App

  • Crew Pending; personnel still have to complete their registration

  • HR Document verification; Still needs to be validated by HR

  • Crew re-upload documents; personnel needs to upload documents again

  • Successful; onboarding has been completed and are in contract
