Now that the personnel have completed their registration, the provided information must be validated by the HR department. They have to check if the information matches the documents that the personnel have uploaded during their registration.
In this article, we will explain what new personnel will have to do if one of their documents have been declined by HR and how they can re-upload those.
Re-uploading your documents
In case that the provided information doesn't match with the uploaded documents, HR will decline the documents of the personnel, and they will be notified by E-mail provided with the reason on why the HR department has declined them.
They can provide the requested documents again by logging into the Crew App and press on contracts and documents. To make things more convenient for them, they will only see the screens in where they will be asked to upload the documents again.
After they uploaded the documents again, the HR department will verify them and approve them this time if everything checks out.
In rare situations in where personnel made a mistake in selecting certain options, the HR department will reset their registration form and request them to do the registration again.

When the HR department has verified the provided information from personnel, they will officially become employees at the company. Their signed contract will be available in their Crew App and they will be ready for working.
