Question 1: The password I provided seems to be incorrect when trying to login?

Answer: When one of your Crew Members can't login to the Crew App, it can be possible that their account has been blocked due too many login attempts. In any case that a Crew Member is experiencing this, they can go to the login page and try to use the 'forgot password' option. New instructions will be sent to their E-mail to reactivate their account and to set a new password.


Question 2: I didn't receive the instructions E-mail from Briggs+Walker to set up my account?

Answer: When a Crew Member just gotten hired by a manager, you will receive two E-mails, one welcome E-mail and one instructions E-mail. In some cases it can be possible that your Crew Member doesn't receive the instructions E-mail from us because it arrived in their SPAM folder, we do mention this in the welcome E-mail.

We recommend the following:

  • Check the SPAM folder

  • Use the 'forgot password' option

  • Change E-mail address at your HR department

However, in very rare cases, provider E-mails like @ziggo.nl or @kpn.nl can have their own SPAM filter which automatically decline certain E-mails like ours. This is unfortunately something external, but we do hope to solve this in the near future.

If you feel like you're losing too much time, you can always ask the Crew Member if they have a different E-mail address that you can use. Contact your HR department for changing their E-mail address for their Crew App account.


Question 3: Where can I change my Tax-relief inside the Crew App?

Answer: To change your tax-relief inside the Crew App, you need to go to your profile page inside the Crew App. You can either press on your profile picture or you can go to the top-left menu and press on your profile page in here.

In here you can see your provided data from the onboarding, and where you can also change your tax-relief preferences. If you have two jobs, make sure that you only enable your tax-relief preferences at the job where you earn the most.


Question 4: Where can I change my address inside the Crew App?

Answer: To change your address inside the Crew App, you need to go to your profile page inside the Crew App. You can either press on your profile picture or you can go to the top-left menu and press on your profile page in here.

Press on 'Change address' and fill in your new address.

Attention: In some countries it's required that you provide additional information from your government as evidence that you are living on that address. For more information about this we recommend contacting your HR department.


Question 5: Where can I change my bank account number inside the Crew App?

Answer: To change your bank account number inside the Crew App, you need to go to your profile page inside the Crew App. You can either press on your profile picture or you can go to the top-left menu and press on your profile page in here.

In here you can see your provided data from the onboarding, and where you can also change your bank account number. press on the pencil button behind your bank account number to upload new screenshots and your new bank account number.

Your HR department will then verify the documents and see if you are allowed to change your bank account number. After the verification by HR is done, it will be updated on your profile page inside the Crew App.

Attention: You can only change your bank account number if you aren't flagged for Guardianship. If you are, we suggest that you contact HR for more information.
