How to Reactivate a Former Crew

If the crew belongs to another office, first confirm with an employee of that office (or HR) whether this person can work again. If approved, they can assign the crew to your office, and you can then follow the steps below:

1. Search for the Crew:

Go to the crew section and search for the crew, (filter contract ended Yes!)

2. Access Contracts Tab:

Navigate to the "Contracts" tab and select one of the contracts displayed on the

right side of the screen.

3. Create a New Contract:

Press the + icon in the top-left corner. The new contract will be created, and

the crew will receive an email notifying them that a new contract is ready to be

signed in the crew portal.

4. Enable Work After Signing:

Once the crew signs the contract in the crew portal, they will be able to work again. A

signed version of the contract will also be available in the crew portal.

5. Handle Duplicate Candidates:

If a new candidate profile was already created, you can mark it as rejected under Update

Application / Reason Reject / By Agency: Already a Crew.
